Speaking during a briefing for media influencers, the officials described India as a "Hindutva-driven failed state", claiming that increasing religious extremism had undermined the country s secular identity and that the military had become influenced by the ruling BJP s political and religious agenda.
The sources alleged that the image of a "Shining India" was misleading, saying the country remained deeply divided and that freedom of expression and press freedom were under state control. They also claimed that the concept of "Akhand Bharat" reflected expansionist ambitions.
According to the officials, discrimination against minorities, particularly Muslims, was widening social divisions. They warned that future violence in India could be more severe than previous conflicts if such trends continued.
The security sources also alleged that residents of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir were living under heavy military deployment and accused India of carrying out false-flag operations while blaming Pakistan to divert international attention from the Kashmir issue.
The officials further claimed that India viewed a stable and prosperous Pakistan as a threat and accused sections of the Indian political leadership and media of promoting narratives against Pakistan and its armed forces.
They also alleged that the banned Joint Awami Action Committee s senior leadership was pursuing an Indian agenda.
The briefing concluded with the assertion that Pakistan and its people would not be intimidated by India despite ongoing tensions between the two countries.
