Sri Lankan captain Dasun Shanaka led from the front with an aggressive knock of 34 runs off just nine balls, smashing five sixes. Kusal Mendis scored 30 runs, while Dhananjaya de Silva made 22, Charith Asalanka 21, and Kamil Mishra contributed 20 runs.

For Pakistan, Mohammad Wasim Jr. claimed three wickets but conceded 54 runs in his three overs. Mohammad Nawaz, Faheem Ashraf, and Naseem Shah took one wicket each.

Chasing a challenging target of 161 runs, Pakistan got off to a poor start as opener Sahibzada Farhan was dismissed for nine runs. A brief partnership followed between Saim Ayub and captain Salman Agha, but Saim was dismissed for six runs.

Salman Agha played a brilliant and aggressive innings, scoring 45 runs off just 12 balls, including five fours and three sixes. Khawaja Nafay added 26 runs, while Mohammad Nawaz contributed 28, but their efforts were not enough to secure a victory for Pakistan.

It is worth noting that Pakistan had won the first match of the series, while the second match was abandoned due to rain. With their win in the final match, Sri Lanka levelled the series 1-1.
