Under the offer, customers must select T-Mobile’s Experience Beyond plan to qualify. The promotion is available to two types of customers.
New customers can qualify by switching their existing mobile number from another carrier to T-Mobile. Existing T-Mobile customers can qualify by trading in an eligible device.
The full value of the iPhone 18 Pro will not be provided as an upfront discount. Instead, the discount will be issued through 36 monthly billing credits.
This means customers must remain on the eligible T-Mobile plan for three years to receive the full benefit. Customers who cancel their service or change their plan before the 36-month period may be required to pay the remaining balance.
Although the device cost can be fully covered through the credits, customers will still have to pay applicable sales tax upfront. A $35 device connection fee will also apply to each new or transferred line. The limited-time offer is currently available only to customers in the United States.
