Google’s Gemini can now access emails and private files for smarter responses

Google, a leading tech company, has confirmed that its artificial intelligence system, Gemini can now search the emails and other confidential contents of users in order to give them more precise answers.

The first feature, which was launched last year, is the Deep Research, which is available to all users of Gemini. The emergent functionality can now access even greater amounts of personal information of users by the AI application.

As Google says, the most requested feature requested by Gemini users has been the ability to give context based answers to Gmail, Drive, and Chat.

Gemini, the company wrote in a blog post, has the ability to extract information directly out of Gmail, Drive and Google Chat so the company can produce more detailed reports.
