According to MacWallet, citing industry sources, Apple is likely to unveil the iPhone 17E on February 19. This isn’t entirely surprising, as the company released the iPhone 16E on the same date last year.

The new iPhone will feature MagSafe support, enabling users to enjoy a faster 25-watt wireless charging experience a feature absent in the previous iPhone 16E. Another report claims that the iPhone 17E’s design will closely resemble last year’s iPhone 16E, maintaining a familiar look for users.

Interestingly, the device won’t include the Dynamic Island design for the front camera, which has become a hallmark of Apple’s higher-end models. Under the hood, the iPhone 17E is expected to house the A19 chip, along with the second generation Apple C1X modem and the N1 wireless network chip. Other features are likely to mirror those of the iPhone 16E.

Apple is expected to price the iPhone 17E starting at $599, making it the most accessible iPhone option for this year.
