Addressing hundreds of young CEOs at the event, Adeel Gondal said Pakistan possesses a strong youth majority and that active participation of young people in entrepreneurship can accelerate the country’s economic progress.
He appreciated CEO Minds Pakistan for launching what he described as a timely and important initiative, while also expressing gratitude for the trust placed in him.
Gondal stated that he would share his two decades of business experience with the younger generation in a practical and confident manner to help them succeed in their professional journeys.
He said that if 100,000 young people move towards entrepreneurship, it would not only help reduce unemployment but also strengthen Pakistan’s economy.
Highlighting the importance of networking and collaboration, Gondal added that platforms bringing together business leaders create opportunities for partnerships, innovation, and mutual growth, which ultimately contribute to the development of both individuals and the country.
