According to medical experts one of the easiest and healthiest ways to enjoy Eid meals safely is by using traditional spices correctly. These natural ingredients not only improve digestion but also help protect the body from seasonal illnesses.
Experts say heavy meat consumption can increase body heat acidity and stomach discomfort. However combining traditional spices with herbs can help balance these effects and support the immune system naturally.
Cinnamon is considered useful for controlling blood pressure and helping the body fight cold and flu symptoms. Black pepper often called the heart of traditional spice mixes can reduce throat inflammation and chest congestion. Sprinkling black pepper over fried meat or kebabs may also reduce the heaviness of meat dishes.
