Eraslan, known for her appearance on the reality show İşte Benim Stilim, had built a growing presence in Turkey’s fashion industry. Authorities have classified the case as a suspicious death, with investigations ongoing.

According to initial reports, Eraslan stopped responding to phone calls, prompting concern among her family. When they were unable to access her home, police were called to the scene, where her lifeless body was found along with a blood-stained note.

Preliminary findings suggest she may have first injured herself before hanging from a staircase using a belt. However, officials have stressed that the exact cause of death has yet to be confirmed.

CCTV footage showed that actor Sunay Kurtulus had visited Eraslan roughly an hour before her death. He was briefly taken in for questioning and later released. Authorities said the two had a minor argument, but she was alive when he left.

Police have also detained several individuals for spreading misinformation online, as speculation continues to grow around the case.

In her final social media posts, Eraslan shared emotional messages referencing domestic violence and personal struggles. She described a life marked by hardship and urged followers to care for their pets, a message that has deeply affected her audience.

Eraslan was also the founder of her own haute couture brand in Istanbul and had showcased her work at major events, including Fashion Week Turkey 2023.

Authorities say further details will be released as the investigation progresses.
