In the global bullion market, gold rose by $59 to reach $4,134 per ounce, reflecting strong demand and market optimism. This rise directly influenced local rates, pushing the price of one tola of gold up by Rs 5,900 to Rs 435,762. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs 5,065, closing at Rs 373,595.
This surge follows Monday’s sharp increase, when gold prices jumped Rs 7,400 per tola, reaching Rs 429,862. Silver also witnessed an upward movement, with the price of one tola rising by Rs 144 to Rs 5,353.
Analysts attribute the rally to global market trends and investor interest in precious metals as a safe-haven asset amid economic uncertainties. Buyers and investors are closely monitoring the market as gold continues to show strong momentum.
